Given the fact that every voyage we perform is unique, each transport is analyzed in full detail by our in-house engineering department.
EXPERIENCE & SKILL
Our highly skilled team of naval architects and structural engineers, supported by experienced loading and discharge superintendents, conduct thorough analyses for each transport operation. This includes preparing stowage, cribbing, and seafastening plans, as well as vessel loading conditions and ballasting plans using GHS software.
Voyage-specific design conditions are analyzed based on the GWS database, and motion response analysis is conducted using OCTOPUS Office to ensure transportation safety. Detailed FE analysis is performed on seafastening structures and vessel strength using FEMAP and NASTRAN, with mooring analysis conducted using OPTIMOOR for load-out operations. All findings are compiled into comprehensive operation manuals for each phase of the operation.
FOLLOW-UPS & REVIEWS
Once completed, we will actively participate in the follow-up on the review of the documentation by the client, MWS and other relevant parties. Participating in HAZID/HAZOP meetings as well as operational review meetings is part of this follow-up. Finally, if considered to be required, one of our naval architects will join the vessel during loading and/or discharge operations to provide operational support to the vessel’s crew.
