DYNAMIC POSITIONING (DP) FLOATOVER METHOD

Loadout
Loadout of the topside module onto our Vessel takes place by lift-on, roll-on or skid-on method.
Pre-Installation
After the seafastening is removed, the Vessel is de-ballasted and maneuvered into the Jacket using the fully redundant Class 2 Dynamic Positioning System.
Transport
The Vessel sails directly to the discharge site along the quickest and safest route.
Installation
As soon as the Vessel is exactly in the correct horizontal position, the Vessel ballasts quickly, bringing the Topside in contact with the Jacket. When there is a sufficiently large gap between the Vessel and the Topside, the Vessel maneuvers out of the Jacket.
